Refund Policy

JB ADVERTISEMENT provides professional advertising and campaign management services. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work.

1. Consultation Fees

If a paid consultation is provided, the consultation fee is non-refundable once the session is delivered.

2. Service Work

If work has already started (setup, creatives coordination, campaign building, optimization), refunds may not be possible. In case of cancellation before work begins, partial refund may be considered after internal review.

3. No Result-Based Refund

We do not offer refunds based on performance outcomes (leads/sales) because results depend on multiple external factors.
